Welcome to the Tech Rep Information page for the Waterford Early Reading Program. This page provides information about the support available for the Waterford software and hardware. LAUSD no longer has a support contract with Pearson Digital Learning, but there are options for support for the hardware through the ITD Service Desk and the ITD Field Services Branch.

If schools choose, Waterford can continue to be used as a supplementary program outside the core instructional time. Currently the District does not support expansion of the program

Computers under warranty will still be covered under the existing service contracts. Computers no longer under warranty will be eligible for support on a fee for service basis through the ITD Field Services Branch. The service offered will be hard drive replacement with the District software and the currently licensed version of the Waterford Early Reading Program. The cost of this service will be billed directly to the school and must be approved by the principal before service can be provided.
