NOTE: The instructions on this page are designed to provide step-by-step instructions for setup of dial-up connectivity on your home machine. If you follow the steps exactly, you should not experience any problems. This assumes that the computer that you are using is in good working order.
LAUSD ITD will do its best to help troubleshoot issue involving these instructions. Be advised, if ITD can not determine the issue, you will need to contact a computer vendor to help solve any computer problems that you might have. ITD is not allowed to provide recommendations on vendors. Any costs related to the work done by the vendor are not the responsibility of LAUSD.
Any problems related to District OWNED machines will be handled by ITD. You would need to call 323-224-2277, Option 0 and open a REQUEST FOR SERVICE to have your problem handled.
