| Welcome to the LAUSD ITD Customer Self Service (CSS) system. Please note: Customer requests are normally processed within a few minutes of being submitted and are usually assigned to the applicable service group (between the hours of 7:00 am - 5:45 pm.) Failure to provide all requested information, including serial numbers, answers to questions, alternate phone numbers, etc. could result in a delay in assigning your request. Please check your email for updates on your service request. You can also see information about your request by coming back to this system and choosing VIEW OPEN REQUESTS from the main menu. If any of your contact information is incorrect, please make corrections and additions before submitting your request. Failure to do so will result in a delay in servicing your request. To correct this information permanently, contact your department or school's HR representative. Allow 24 - 48 hours for the information to be reflectd in CSS after your HR representative makes the correction. User guide for CSS Close window and return to CSS |
